I just figured it out (I didn't notice that it started when i talked to Logan, I was skipping the dialogue because I as speed running). You just have to follow those exclamation marks around the Wolf Den lvl 2 and Misty Abyss.

I have done that event (killed the alpha as Logan) and unlocked the Misty Abyss not long ago. How to trigger the Troubles in the Den event?

Edit: I have also encounter Logan visiting my new house in Bareshade.

I think he meant entering the door in wolves den. I think you need to encounter Logan being angry at night. After he left, check again the den. You will see that there is a mark right below the door. After that, you can enter the door and fight the beta wolf then alpha wolf. (Logan is having revenge after being converted to a werewolf)

 You need to sleep at home. Ste can visit at your home at some times.

It don't remember how to trigger the event but I think you need to have a heart with Ste or check for the Events Log. The Event is called "Country Road".
